PET RELOCATION IS NO LONGER A HASSLE

Great experience.

Seems a little costly and took a lot of time.. but before money and time comes care. They took very very good care of both my pets, they made sure the kids were at my place very safely. Special mention to Javed Bhai. He was super cooperative and updated me with everything. Thank you Javed bhai

Amazing facility provided by Petdel movers, my dog Oscar was to be sent to Bangalore for training and to be brought back again, today after 6 months my puppy is back and both sides transaportation was arranged smoothly by Petdel team specially Javed who was very particular about the do’s and don’t s while handling my puppy beagle. Food arrangements and on time service was excellent

Handling the Pet: 5/5 Quality of Cab: 5/5 Transparency of Process: 3/5 Backup Plan incase of ticket cancellation: 1/5 Positives: Mr Javed , The handler is an excellent guy. Very humble and caring. He was at all times available to contact during the journey. Regular Video call, Photos, Videos and Live location update. He was all time concerned about Murphy's health, his diet and also medications for motion sickness. My dog got travel sickness in car and had frequent vomits and Javed handled the situation with utmost care and concern. Managing murphy, the journey, contacting the vet and updating us about everything all simultaneously. Hat's Off for that and I am really thankful to him. Negatives: The original date for pickup was 4th May as the original plan was to travel by train. 2nd May we were informed that of all the VIKALP opted we have confirmation for Rajdhani (Del to Mumbai) and the pickup will be done on 4th early morning . For Punjab to Delhi (by road) and then further from Del to Mumbai by train. On third night I get a call from their management that the train ticket has been cancelled as coupe is not allotted due to some VVIP booking. We had this concern while booking their service and were ensured that the timeline of the movement won't change. This affirmation while booking is why we had booked our flights for 5th May assured that he will be picked up from our hometown on 4th irrespective of any situation arising. But that did not happen as their was no cab available. Which was surprising as the cab should've been present for the initial stretch of movement to Delhi in any case and disappointing because the It is impossible that in their field of business this was the first time they faced a coupe not being allotted, so there should have been a backup plan ready in terms of professionalism. I was lucky to have my family back home to take care of my dog as I boarded the flight next day, God knows if that was not the case how things would have dealt out. And after this the journey was planned to be done by road for the entire stretch for which the pickup got delayed day after day while I was ensured that the pickup will happen the next day itself. So I was constantly contacting for pickup date and time which I was allotted and then delayed again Until the final pickup happened after three days of initially decided date (4th May), i.e. on 7th May. In all this our mental state too was affected because relocation already is a big change for both the pet and pet owners and such a shift in timeline further affects other decisions, mental state and the Budget. The charges for moving by road were paid extra (which makes sense and is justifiable but it still an unplanned expense). All in end they will deliver your pet safe and sound and it will be taken care of very well. Again, Mr Javed is a great guy and will be very reassuring to have your pet travel with him. But the timeline management and backup arrangement is a challenge which they need to improve. My suggestion would be to keep a buffer time around the pickup and estimated date of arrival for your pet. All that ends well is well. Thank you petdel for bringing Murphy home. 🙂

I transported my dog from Bangalore to new jalpaiguri...and it was good experience...they really took care of everything properly and since my dog was taken via Mumbai he was there in boarding for few days in Mumbai before second travel and there also they took very good care of my dog.... Overall it was a good experience and my dog was in very good health condition....

Amazing pet Relocation Team! They transported Jackie from Delhi to Mumbai via train with out any hassle. Also, they provided good care throughout the journey. Javed was super helpful and caring for Jackie. Petdel movers team will be a 5 star from my end

Was a smooth journey for the dog from Mumbai to Bangalore. They did handle the situation very professionally and the dog reached peacefully and without any stress.
